Partnership Packages

We offer three types of partnership packages:

1. Classic Booth Partnerships

Our classic Silver, Gold and Platinum partnerships with different booth-sizes and levels of exposure are a great solution if you want so showcase your software, increase brand awareness or do employer branding. Bring your most engaging booth team and engage with our audience during the breaks. To follow up we offer consent-based lead-capturing in a GDPR-safe way.
Here are the packages:

  • Silver Package: Booth with 1 counter & 1 backdrop, regular visibility on website, at the venue and in social media. 

  • Gold Package: Booth with 1 counter & 2 backdrops, increased visibility including dedicated social media promo, feature in pre-event emails and post-event videos.

  • Platinum Package: Massive booth with 2 counters & 3 backdrops, maximum visibility including additional lanyard co-branding.

2. Special Format Partnerships

Our special formats are the best fit if you want to increase brand awareness and show your support without operating a booth - or in addition to our classic packages for maximum impact. You’ll be making a visible contribution to our attendees’ conference experience with the following partnerships:

  • Visual Recordings: The perfect shareable takeaway! Sponsor the sketchnotes of all conference talks that get shared broadly by us, by you and by many others. Your branding on every graphic.

  • Product Library: More food for thought! Sponsor a curated collection of 30 product related books available to browse at the event and raffle afterwards. Every book branded with your sticker.

  • Ice Cream Cart: Ice Ice, Baby! Sponsor a stylish historical ice cream cart with 6 choices of ice cream in the outside courtyard. Your branding on the ice cream cups.

  • Barista Coffee: Product caffeine! Sponsor the coffee stand of a local coffee roaster. In previous years this was THE gathering point during the breaks. Your branding on every cup.

  • Photo Booth: Create lasting memories! Sponsor our photo booth in the foyer which attendees use to create photo-strips with their old and new product friends. Your branding on every photo strip.

 

3. Be approachable to talk about your job offerings, your product or your service

This is a lightweight opportunity to connect your team attending Product at Heart with attendees that are curious to talk to them about your current job openings, your products or your service.


Put a short teaser on our new listings page, include a link to your landing page for more information and point out up to three team-members who are at our event and can be approached via LinkedIn to arrange a meeting during or around our event.
