In 2018 she wrote the industry-acclaimed book "Escaping the Build Trap".

Currently, Melissa is the CEO and founder of Produx Labs, which offers e-learning for product people through Product Institute and CPO Accelerator.

She has consulted with dozens of companies to transform their product organizations, including Insight Partners, Capital One, Vanguard, Walmart/Sam's Club.

In her free time, you can find her trying to finish her house renovations before something else breaks.

Oliver Reichenstein is a Swiss designer and entrepreneur, founder and managing director of Information Architects (iA) iA is an international design studio with a focus on digital design, known for developing the focused productivity apps iA Writer and iA Presenter.

iA emphasizes the importance of simplicity, structure and the role of typography in the digital space. Oliver regularly speaks on topics at the intersection of design, technology and philosophy.

Rich Mironov

Rich is a 40-year veteran of Silicon Valley product management, including six startups and 200+ consulting clients. Currently, he coaches product leaders, helps design software product organizations, and has parachuted into software companies 15 times as interim VP Products/CPO.

He been blogging about software product management since 2002 with a focus on real-world challenges and managing B2B executives. He launched the first product camps and his 2008 book "The Art of Product Management" was one of the first in the tech PM space.

Bruce McCarthy

Bruce McCarthy and his Product Culture team help companies like NewStore, Camunda, Genomics England, Socure, Toast, and Kaleyra achieve their product visions through advising, forums, workshops, and private coaching.

He is President Emeritus of the Boston Product Management Association and a head judge at the annual Harvard Business School New Venture Competition.

Axel Sooriah

Axel is a Product Management Evangelist at Atlassian where he helps teams unlock new ways of working with Jira Product Discovery.

Previously as the co-founder of Panash, he has coached teams in modern product management practices at companies like Contentsquare, Openclassrooms and Welcome to the Jungle.

Prior to coaching, Axel held product leadership roles at companies like 11:FS, Verisure and Barclays.

Axel is a notorious foodie who almost dropped everything to pursue a career as a chef but decided he would invest in the next best option: Axel’s Bento 🍱.

Niamh Jones

Niamh is an experienced Product Manager with a passion for building B2B SaaS products that help organisations better understand their customers.

Niamh has held various product roles over the last 7 years and is currently a Senior Growth Product Manager at Pendo working on the Product-Led Growth team.

In addition to this, Niamh is an active member of the product community, previously co-organising ProductTank Birmingham and now a helping hand at ProductTank Sheffield.

Tim Herbig

Tim Herbig is a Product Management Coach and Consultant who helps maturing curious product teams make real progress by connecting the dots of Product Strategy, Product OKRs, and Product Discovery.

Emmi Meurling

Emmi is the Chief Product Officer at Wunderflats. Prior to this, she was leading product for all non-us markets at Care.com. Her main product manager journey took place at DeliveryHero, where she held numerous positions in product management and leadership during +8 years.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Emmi co-founded Practical Product. Through this platform, she dedicates herself to mentoring and coaching product professionals and company leaders, mostly with tailor-made workshops. Her true passion as a product leader lies in how to bring empathy, compassion and communication to drive change and bring value to customers and businesses .

When she is not working, reading or talking about product she’s probably out eating some good food with her family.

Fabrice des Mazery

Fabrice's journey kicked off as a three-time Product Entrepreneur, navigating the unpredictable waters of product creation with a healthy dose of humor (that's what he likes to think). Serendipity, mixed with a dash of chance encounters, steered him into the coveted roles of Product Leader at three IPOed companies: IBM, Deezer, and TripAdvisor.

Now, when he's not deep in his CPO work, Fabrice has been on a 10-year mission to spice up the French and Spanish Product scenes. While his wife says he's a product-o-holic, Fabrice answers that, as always, she's completely right.

Jennifer Michelmann

Jennifer is an experienced product manager with a background in communication research, marketplace products (eBay) and social networks (XING). After doing hands-on product management for over ten years, she considers herself a „Senior“ PM — old, wise and with many stories to tell.

In her case about managing products and teams, but also about managing yourself and, most importantly, your time. Jennifer lives in Hamburg with husband, two kids and fluffy black cat. She believes in the power of communities as a place to connect and help each other, especially if we drop the success theater and share real experiences instead. She also is a mentor and volunteers for the AppCamps class chats project, which brings students in touch with IT professionals.

Felix Fichtl

Felix is the CFO at SoSafe, the premier European software platform for security awareness and human risk management. He possesses extensive experience in aiding SaaS businesses to scale through both product-led and sales-led growth strategies.

Having been the "first CFO" multiple times, he is accustomed to providing strategic insight and guidance to product and go-to-market teams despite ambiguous and incomplete reporting and data availability. His scope of responsibilities is quite broad, encompassing not only finance functions but also Revenue Operations, Information and Application Security, and IT.

Outside of work, Felix is an avid microbrewer and DIY enthusiast, constantly in search of new projects.
