Jan Werner
Last year, Jan merged AI-generated code into production for the first time – as a non-developer. It was terrifying. Today, it's part of every product manager's toolkit at Instaffo. When technical execution is no longer the bottleneck, the real questions take center stage: not "Can we build this?" but "Should we build this at all?".
With over 10 years in product management, Jan has always believed in a hands-on mentality – you don't just discuss the future of product work, you get your hands dirty and figure it out yourself. He previously led product management at Facelift and today serves as Lead Product Manager at Instaffo, a recruiting marketplace.

She also supports MOLO, an AI-powered start-up helping families rebalance the mental load at home, and is a contributor to the King’s College London Product Accelerator Program. Pippa cares deeply about building the future of product in a way that keeps us human; advancing our technology while also growing our self-awareness, empathy, and connection.
