We're thrilled to announce that Melissa Perri, a luminary in the product management space, is our first confirmed keynote speaker for the 2024 event. Alongside Melissa, we will feature two more eminent personalities from the world of product management. These speakers will share their well-recognized wisdom on topics that captivate the interest of all product professionals.

In response to attendee feedback for a more relaxed morning schedule and added networking opportunities, we've decided to feature only three keynote speakers this year instead of the usual four.

Adding a unique flavor to the event, we also feature a fourth 'wild card' speaker, often from an unconventional background, such as the arts, social justice movements, or futurism. In previous years, we've welcomed figures like Dries Depoorter, who engaged us with art and technology; Marie Louise Gørvild, who brought activism into the conversation; and Alicia Shao, who captivated our audience by discussing why every leader is a futurist.

All three keynotes and the 'wild card' presentation are held in a full-auditorium setting, enabling every attendee to participate simultaneously.

However, our conference is not just about keynotes and industry stalwarts; we also offer a variety of two-track-themed sessions.

We organize these sessions into curated thematic clusters. Each year, we identify four core themes that resonate with what we perceive as most pressing and valuable for our audience.

Once the themes are set, we extend invitations to experts with a vested interest and established credibility in those areas. Our objective is to feature viewpoints and insights from a diverse mix of professionals—many of them product practitioners. By doing so, we guarantee that our attendees are exposed to the crème de la crème of the field.

Our chosen themes for this year are:

  • WINNING TOGETHER: Blueprints for collaborative success

  • FROM GROWTH TO PROFIT: Rethink Value Creation

  • SKILLSET TO MINDSET: Realizing your potential as a Product Manager

These themes might diverge from conventional topics often discussed at product management conferences. But we believe in digging deeper and trust that our audience shares this aspiration. That's why we often say our conference is designed for the inherently curious within the product community.

Beyond the distinguished speakers, we recognize that the wealth of knowledge also lies in attendee interactions. Establishing a great community atmosphere is paramount for us. We allocate ample time for networking and plan additional activities to foster engagement among attendees.

In summary, sculpting a compelling conference agenda is a complex endeavor that hinges on speaker quality, diversity of perspectives, and alignment with audience interests. By making thoughtful adjustments based on attendee feedback, like shorter morning blocks and longer networking breaks, we commit to delivering a program that is as enlightening as it is engaging.
