What it means to practice Product
How can we get good at Product Management? Reading all the blogs, listening to all the podcasts and doing all the training will help - but there's a reason why many businesses ask for experience - and it's because there is no substitute for practice. In this talk Lily explores how we can emphasize the "practice" in our product practice.

How to be a better PM through Communities of Practice
I started my career as a researcher and kept prioritising learning as a product manager. Among several growth and learning techniques, joining communities of practice has been an effective, fast and affordable way to achieve these goals.
Nowadays, most organisations significantly evolved their ways of working, and many realised that encouraging communities of practice among their employees is in their best interest.
In my talk, I will be sharing several examples of how to initiate and balance community work while executing daily tasks and how this effort helped provide me professional satisfaction and become a better PM.

Learning from each other means listening to each other - an interactive session
Want a better answer? Well than ask a better question.
In this interactive session, we will put what we preach about learning from each other into practice. Come learn from your peers as we tackle some of your big challenges in real time.
As product managers, our jobs depend on getting insights from customers, co-workers, stakeholders, and partners. So we naturally ask a lot of questions. But are we asking the best questions we could to get all the information we need? This session is designed to hone our ability to ask questions that not just get the factual information about what is going on but the underlying feelings and hopes. And doing so while avoiding judgements, bias, and selling.
